I drink a ton of water, so I started adding a dropperful to my water bottle each time I filled it ( 1-2 times a day). Since it was quite diluted, I couldn't taste the elixir but I started noticing that I was less stressed during the day, and enjoying the simple things much more, feeling more content. I add a few drops of this to my chamomile tea around bed time and I find that it truly helps calm my mind. I also take CBD and magnesium, but I love the addition of this flower essence into my nightly routine. So lovely!
I am enjoying the Quiet Mind series, the mist and drops as a combo have been a great fit to mix with communing with God, two-way journaling and getting myself into a more coherent state. Oh, Quiet Mind, thank you. I have it now and recently had one of those "molehill into a mountain" moments of overthinking and deep anxiety. After taking this, it was like a shield of calm grew around me and I was able to clearly focus on the present again.
