International Wellness Company Executive Assistant

Full time, must live in Phoenix area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Light invoicing, reporting, A/R, oversee special wholesale account invoicing
  • Reply to email, telephone or face-to-face inquiries from vendors/purchasing
  • Occasional customer service phone calls & helping online customers place orders
  • Assist with organization of international trademarks
  • Coordinate with production re: quarterly production numbers
  • Compile monthly sales & inventory reports
  • Revise/update template for product recipes
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Greet and assist onsite wellness center guests
  • Manage the in-house store inventory
  • Type, edit and proofread documents
  • Coordinate and document office procedures
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail
  • Order office supplies
  • Perform all other office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of admin, executive assistant and/or office management experience (2 years minimum)
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

We are looking for a talented video editor to assist our marketing team.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient in Adobe Premiere & Audition
Collaborative creative process
Openly receive editing feedback & direction
Comfortable with Photoshop & light graphic design tasks
Can juggle big projects with on-the-fly projects with short turnaround time
Preferred: basic HTML knowledge and InDesign & Illustrator experience

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Edit videos with raw footage, including: leveling out audio, choosing music that fits the mood of the video, color correcting footage, seamlessly taking out um’s & long pauses, overlay titles & other necessary text on video, confidently trimming footage to create compelling stories.

Repurpose existing video content—i.e. take existing footage & repurpose into different formats (YouTube video into an Instagram Reel).

Design video thumbnails for YouTube & IGTV covers in Photoshop following brand guidelines.
