Manufacturing Associate
Part time (~20 hours/week), must live in Phoenix area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bottle, label & box products including: elixirs, mists, anointing oils, serums, bulk wholesale items, etc. *This role does not include flower essence creation/collection.
- Track inventory of products and raw materials
- Clean & sterilize workspaces at the end of each day
- Maintain order and organization in all production & storage areas
- Improve and update processes where needed for greater efficiency or benefit
- Collaborate with team to determine production needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Unfaltering attention to detail (quality control)
- Interest in herbs, essential oils, flower essences or natural medicine
- Resourceful with proactive problem solving
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently

Customer Experience Specialist
Part-time with opportunity to increase to full time, if desired. Ideally in Phoenix area.
The lead of our support team is responsible for taking care of our customers, from order support to flower essence recommendations & education. They ensure that each customer has the best experience possible, and that each individual gets the very most out of what we have to offer.
This role requires a love for helping others with a self-empowered approach, thinking on your feet to resolve every issue, and always following through.
References and a clean drug test required. Part-time, in-person ideal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to all customer service requests and inquiries, by email, phone & chat, with a sense of urgency
- Recommend offerings (products, services, resources) with a comprehensive understanding
- Monitor and engage with reviews, testimonials & feedback
- Answer customer service phone calls and follow-ups
- Forward inquiries & requests to proper channels
- Lead team on customer service protocol & operating procedures
- Communicate promptly, clearly and fairly
- Work with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Deliver over-the-top support that blows our community away
- Support in-person customers & clients at the Self-Arising Nature Center
- Support with online seasonal offerings & product management
- Optimize existing systems with an entrepreneurial mind
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Service experience, 2 years minimum
- Customer relationship management, web ordering & inventory tracking systems (Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo or Amazon experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Richpanel or other customer service platform(s)
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to make friends with anyone!
- Pleasant phone & email manner; confidence & excellent listening skills

Technical Graphic Designer
Virtual, project by project basis.
We’re looking for a motivated intern or entry level designer who wants to gain experience & co-create with a highly creative & collaborative team. We need support in creating gorgeous labels, marketing materials & social media graphics.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Create new labels using existing design templates following brand guidelines
- Design hero images (digital mock-ups of labels on bottles, chocolate zipper bags, etc).
- Collaborate on designs in Canva with our Creative Team
- Communicate with printers & prepare files according to printers requirements (ie. preparing layers correctly for our labels with silver/gold metallics)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Canva
- Collaborative creative process
- Adapt to feedback & direction
- Excellent with juggling big projects & on-the-fly projects with short turnaround time
Video Editor
Virtual, project by project basis.
We are looking for a talented video editor to assist our marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Edit videos with raw footage for YouTube, Instagram & Education Series. Includes: leveling audio, choosing suitable music, color correction, seamless audio editing, text overlays, confidently trimming footage to create compelling stories
- Repurpose existing video content: repurpose into different formats (for ex. edit a YouTube video into an Instagram Reel)
- Design video thumbnails for YouTube & IGTV covers in Photoshop following brand guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere & Audition
- Thrives with collaborative creative process
- Can openly receive & integrate directions and feedback
- Proficiency with Photoshop & light graphic design tasks
- Ability to juggle large projects and on-the-fly projects with short turnaround time
- Preferred: basic HTML knowledge and InDesign & Illustrator experience
