I've been using the Quiet Mind anointing oil before bed and felt called to incorporate the spray as well. I'll mist myself after I get out of the shower while I'm settling in for the night, and then my pillows and PJs. So wonderful it's like it takes me on a cloud to get sleepy. Highly recommend.
I do not feel the relief as soon as I spray, sometimes it takes a few seconds or a few minutes. But whenever I spray 5 mists, 3 on face, one on neck, and one on back, there is a dissolving of tension. I feel a little lighter. I think more clearly and as if all the background noise in my head quiets down. It does not want anything from you, it just wants you to be.
In the morning for meditation it's Boundless Wisdom, but at night... Quiet Mind. I lightly mist my pillow when I settle in to read. I look forward to it so much. When I'm done reading I spritz myself and take a few calming breaths. I LOVE the aroma. It truly does send my brain and nervous a signal that it's time wind down. I want to try Inner Peace next, but this one works so beautifully for me I might just stick with it.
I spray this lovely mist on myself and my children at bedtime. It has truly made a difference! My 4 year old tends to be very chatty and fidgety at bedtime, but Quiet Mind helps her settle very nicely.
I love to mist this on after a good yoga routine so relaxing and grounding.
