How to Brew: For a cup of tea, crush 1 tablespoon in a mortar & pestle. Simmer in a covered pot for 10 minutes. Turn off heat & add 1 tsp Assam black tea. Cover & let steep for 5 minutes. Strain into a mug. If desired, add dairy or milk alternative and honey.
When to Drink: Every morning, as a mid-day treat, or for an energy boost!
