WHEN YOU SENSE BIG CHANGE COMING

WHEN YOU SENSE BIG CHANGE COMING

The other day my spiritual teacher said to me:

“You all have to stop asking, stop looking.”

I clarified, “You mean … stop looking outside for the answers, and asking other people, and look within?”

“Yes.” he confirmed.

Seems like simple advice we might’ve heard before, but in that moment it really clicked in on another level.

We talk to friends. We ask astrologers. We consult the web. We read. We search. We ask an intuitive. We look for signs. We ask a coach. We ask each other.

When what we really need more than ever is to sit quietly and ask ourselves.

And not just ask ourselves – for a quick answer – but be able to sit with it, dig deep into ourselves and be patient. Allow answers to unravel over time.

Sit with ourselves. Quietly. Inquire within.

And have the patience to wait for clarity to arise within ourselves.

It’s time to develop a deeper level of trust in ourselves.

Unshakeable trust.

That sounds pretty good, right?

We can let go of wanting the security of someone else to just tell us.

We can dissolve the grasping of always wanting to make the “best” choice, do the “most perfect thing” and attain “ideal” results.

We can stop worrying so much about screwing things up, and lean into … ourselves.

What does it feel like to slowly, over time, lean into our own strength and wisdom for the answers?

What does it feel like to learn to trust every move we make?

What does it feel like to rest in our own sense of clarity and wayfinding?

One flower essence blend that supports us on this path is:

Inner Knowing

Some things it encourages within us:

  • Knowing what we want
  • Trusting our inner compass
  • Having confidence in our wayfinding (aka finding our path)
  • Visualizing our dreams into reality
  • Breakthroughs about what’s possible
  • Trusting in timing, in the revealing of the bigger picture
  • Understanding that we’ll know what to do in every situation as it arises without pre-planning
  • We don’t need to have it all figured out; we can take it as it comes.

Use Inner Knowing when you feel overwhelmed by the unknown.

When you sense big changes looming on the horizon, but you’re not quite sure what they are or how you’ll maneuver them.

Inner Knowing.

For the ultimate inner school of developing unshakeable trust in yourself.

Not inner wondering, “I think” or “Maybe this” … but Inner KNOWING.

And having the patience to sit with yourself until your knowingness arises, strong and clear.

We just recorded a short video about it here:

Does it resonate?
