Tastes like: wild mint hangs over a clear mountain stream that runs through a verdant forest ~ nourishing all it touches. Soft edged clouds move across the sky & dissolve into the horizon. Swallows swoop in lazy undulating paths over a meadow. Pops of wildflowers punctuate a dancing field of green ~ whispering the promise of spring.
How To Brew: For a cup of hot tea, steep 1 tablespoon for 5 minutes. For cold brew, steep in cold water for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
When To Drink: As year round nourishment, throughout pregnancy or for allergy season support
Because these teas & tisanes are loose leaf, making a cup of Wisdom Nectar is a sweet, tender ritual filled with a lot of intention & care.
Every cup ~ an offering from the heart.
