My first thought when the elixir hit my mouth was, "wow, this is cooling" my bottle was at room temp, same as all my others but it really did feel cooling under my tongue! What a needed flowing release. My inner fire has been burning a little high and causing things to bubble over. This blend is helping to tame and quiet, to get my body back in her calm flow.
I've only been on this a few weeks but I do believe it has helped my gut brain regulate and also facilitated releasing things in my subtle body that were not mine to carry.
I also absolutely LOVE the scent of the facial mist, so much so that I've order myself the anointing oil. It is also cooling and uplifting for me.

My experience began this past June at a Flower Lounge gathering. I discovered I finally had language for my deep seated feeling. Lisa assisted with this process. It has opened me to me. That started with Sacred Heart. Then a few weeks ago a friend encouraged me to put myself first. Inspired to do something special for myself I splurged on the Sacred Collection. I have been doing The Sacred Awareness, Sacred Heart and Sacred Body and intuitively sealed it with Fierce Compassion. The first application within a short period of time, unexpectedly tears are flowing, a deep down sensation asking to be let out. It felt big, it felt old. It came out in phases not all at once. I feel that a birthing of sorts has happened. What has transpired is an authentic acceptance, love, and wanting myself. I have noticed a shift from seeking an outside source of love and acceptance to a continuing inward exploration. I notice that when I feel tight I am turning to my breath and stay with it until the tightness releases. I send loving self messages of assurance. I am taking myself for walks in nature. Putting my "To Do" list on hold and doing things that nurture my soul. I have not done extravagant things it is in the little things that bring me the most joy. With the gift of language for feelings I am feeling more at peace...a peace that I have not known..or more likely I have remembered, I have awoken and I shall never forget again. Thank you for your unique gifts there are many ways and many tools, there is not one way but many to healing.
