EP 167: INTUITIVE SCHEDULING WITH ANTOINETTE BEAUCHAMP

In this episode I speak with Antoinette Beauchamp about Intuitive Scheduling and the ability to trust your inner compass for timing on meetings, launching projects and how to calendar your time in general. She talks about how to avoid burnout by blocking one-hour chunks in your day where you do something that brings you joy, instead of booking in a full day of meetings. She advises on limiting the number of times you do certain activities, like appointments, and describes the freedom of scheduling 2-hour blocks of what she calls ‘intuitive time’ that allow for flashes of insight.
