She talks about how to avoid burnout by blocking one-hour chunks in your day where you do something that brings you joy, instead of booking in a full day of meetings. She advises on limiting the number of times you do certain activities, like appointments, and describes the freedom of scheduling 2-hour blocks of what she calls ‘intuitive time’ that allow for flashes of insight.
