This year my beloved mom started meditating. Each morning she gets up before the sun rises and sits outside on the balcony outside her bedroom overlooking a canyon of juniper trees filled with birds of all colors and song. As the sun rises and warms her skin, she does her meditation practice.
Recently for her birthday, she asked me to record a meditation for her - one that’s luxuriously long, that you can sink into like a soft comfy bed. Since the motivation for meditation is for the benefit of all beings … I wanted to share it with you too.
