HOW TO TRANSFORM PAIN & SORROW INTO SOMETHING BENEFICIAL

HOW TO TRANSFORM PAIN & SORROW INTO SOMETHING BENEFICIAL

Taylor here!

In April, we're hosting a 2.5-day Chenrezig meditation retreat at the SAN Center in Phoenix, led by the Tibetan Buddhist monks of the Gaden Shartse Monastery.

Usually you would need to travel to India to stumble into this kind of opportunity; this offering in the US is extremely rare.

And you are invited. More details about the retreat here.

One of the greatest pieces of advice I’ve ever received in regards to choosing a teacher, mentor, or even friends – is to ask yourself this question:

Do I want to be more like them?

Are the qualities that they radiate into the world something that I also want to emit?

So it's important that you know who's leading this retreat ~

Below is a special audio clip from one of Geshe Phuntsho's teachings from our precious time with him last year.

During a Q & A Session with Geshe, someone asked:

How do you transform pain & sorrow into something beneficial?

Hear his voice & listen to his answer here:

More about the Chenrezig Immersion:

This immersion is especially potent for everyone with a heartbeat.

Flexibility is available in cases of financial hardship. Contact lisa@lotuswei.com to discuss.

We would love to have you join us.
