Manufacturing Associate

Part time (~20 hours/week), must live in Phoenix area

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Blend, bottle, label & box products including all flower essence products: elixirs, mists, anointing oils, serums, bulk wholesale items, etc.
  • Track inventory of products and raw materials 
  • Clean & sterilize workspaces at the end of each day
  • Maintain order and organization in all production & storage areas
  • Improve and update processes where needed for greater efficiency or benefit
  • Collaborate with team to determine production needs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Unfaltering attention to detail (quality control)
  • Interest in herbs, essential oils, flower essences or natural medicine
  • Resourceful with proactive problem solving
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work independently

Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Gather routine month end close data for bookkeepers 
  • Monitor monthly expenses
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing
  • Organization of real estate properties: tax, insurance, banking, renter correspondence, support with leasing etc.
  • Insurance renewals/correspondence
  • Assist with trademark renewals and manufacturing documents
  • Manage office mail, building & office ordering
  • Ensure tax notifications and other time sensitive financial correspondence are distributed appropriately 
  • Reply to email, telephone & face-to-face inquiries from vendors, customers & partners
  • Coordinate with production & CFO re: quarterly forecast and inventory 
  • Compile monthly sales & inventory reports
  • Assist with calendar/schedule management
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Assist tracking warehouse & store inventory
  • Coordinate and document standard operating procedures
  • Assist with travel planning & booking
  • Light phone reception & customer service calls
  • Perform other office tasks
  • Receive education and assist in education of flower essences

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bookkeeping experience preferred

LOTUSWEI Sales & Expansion

Full time, must live in Phoenix area

As a part of LOTUSWEI’s Sales Team, you will play a vital role in creating a worldwide ripple effect of positivity. You’ll be responsible for sharing flower remedies, dark chocolate, herbal tea & all other offerings with current & prospective wholesale partners ~ including wellness centers, retail shops, holistic practitioners and other business owners. 

You’ll provide education on the benefits and application of flower remedies, empowering our partners to integrate them into their practices & businesses effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Research & identify new partnership opportunities 
  • Follow system to guide partners through their first purchase
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure partners’ success
  • Collaborate with marketing & product development teams to enhance strategies & training
  • Use Xero, Shopify, Klaviyo to manage customer information 
  • Create packages based individual partner needs
  • Manage new product samples for top partners and potential partners
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the team & work to streamline sales processes
  • Develop sales plan & execute: provide benchmarks/goals & regular reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in business development & partnership management 
  • Entrepreneurial minded & driven to provide outstanding customer service
  • Desire to constantly evolve current systems for greater efficiency & impact
  • Ability to work both independently & collaboratively
  • Familiarity with CRM, shopping cart + inventory tracking systems (Shopify, Klaviyo, Richpanel)
  • Great phone skills: excellent listening & confidence making cold calls

Technical Graphic Designer

Virtual, project by project basis

We’re looking for a motivated intern or entry level designer who wants to gain experience & co-create with a highly creative & collaborative team. We need support in creating gorgeous labels, marketing materials & social media graphics. 

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

  • Create new labels using existing design templates following brand guidelines
  • Design hero images (digital mock-ups of labels on bottles, chocolate zipper bags, etc).
  • Collaborate on designs in Canva with our Creative Team
  • Communicate with printers & prepare files according to printers requirements (ie. preparing layers correctly for our labels with silver/gold metallics)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Canva
  • Collaborative creative process
  • Adapt to feedback & direction
  • Excellent with juggling big projects & on-the-fly projects with short turnaround time

Video Editor

Virtual, project by project basis.

We are looking for a talented video editor to assist our marketing team.


EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

  • Edit videos with raw footage for YouTube, Instagram & Education Series. Includes: leveling audio, choosing suitable music, color correction, seamless audio editing, text overlays, confidently trimming footage to create compelling stories
  • Repurpose existing video content: repurpose into different formats (for ex. edit a YouTube video into an Instagram Reel)
  • Design video thumbnails for YouTube & IGTV covers in Photoshop following brand guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere & Audition
  • Thrives with collaborative creative process
  • Can openly receive & integrate directions and feedback
  • Proficiency with Photoshop & light graphic design tasks
  • Ability to juggle large projects and on-the-fly projects with short turnaround time
  • Preferred: basic HTML knowledge and InDesign & Illustrator experience
