The elixir tastes sweet, like honey, and is easy to take. Even the routine of taking it is a reminder to breathe and calm down. I found it very helpful during "these trying times." I will definitely return to taking it during stressful times.
This is my ticket to ride free from the stress my life has become in the last three years. I find the bumps of life aren't as noticeable when I'm using the elixer regularly in my water bottle. I thought it was in my head, a placebo, but I don't care.. when I'm faithful to my drops, I'm at peace.
For the animals with trauma, to help find their ground, confidence and freedom from ... this is powerful - I speak from experience. My near 2 year old 4 legged best friend was my first foster who came to me at just 3 months, found on the streets in Santa Fe with a massive wound/gash on her face with bone protruding ... and more. When she arrived here in Boulder Humane no kill Shelter I fostered her, very sick, depleted, insecure and the biggest sweetest love you could ever meet. She had stitches all over her face, and then in less than 24 hours of her arrival here with me proceeded to get pavo, which clearly she was infected with before her arrival. I rushed her to the emergency vet, going down fast. We had a talk, before they took her away and II said if she did not wish to go through any more she was free to go, in love, and we would always be together in Spirit forever. But if she wanted to go through this, on top of everything else, she was coming home with me, never to leave, would be our forever girl, knowing a love and a life beyond her wildest dreams. Pavo kills many puppies, the treatment is rough, and they are in hospital for at the very least a week. They said it was touch and go. Well, our mighty Aphrodite was out of there in less than 24hours, and the vets said they had never seen anything like it. - I had known her for less than 24 hours, but knew she was my baby ( plus I’m a hopeless foster :). She healed fast and furiously, and if there is such a thing as ‘too much happy’ she has it. She is a meeter and a greeter, open, confident and super friendly. Yet, she gets traumatized sometimes by the strangest things, - brooms, vacuum cleaners, large household objects that could fall over - her body shakes and she will run to another room, or outside and will not come inside, - nothing could draw her. No knows how she came to be injured on the streets when found. Anyhoo, the first time I incorporated inner peace, 6 drops on my fingers that she LOVES to lick off, she went from incapacitated, would not move from her hiding place, to joyously confident within SECONDS! Inside she came, not a bother! All immediate triggering and trauma gone. So I use this any time she gets triggered, and I use it with other animals as well - often with them chasing behind me trying to lick my fingers (like breast feeding with a bottle :) So animal advocates, lovers, caretakers, walkers, animal talkers, - this is grace in a bottle for our beloveds. It is powerful, balancing, nourishing, plant spirit medicine - which is what they align with as their true nature - and what we human animals can learn a lot from! Peace Out !
It took about one week of inner turmoil before it started to slow down and the second week it felt like the stress was still there but under a kind of umbrella. It felt contained. Now after 3 weeks I feel a certain calm that I haven't felt for a couple years. I will certainly want to use it again.
This blend is so relaxing. I take when feeling stressed and it brings me back down. I also like to take when winding down for bed in the evenings, just brings me a sense of calm and relaxation.
