More about Lisa:

Lisa Reinhardt is one of my best friends - and like a sister to me. After traveling in the Himalayas for 11 years, living in monasteries and doing a retreat in a cave, Lisa Reinhardt thought that she should come back to the US to share what she'd learned about through meditation. After an a-ha moment eating chocolate, however, things took a delicious turn.

Now, as founder of Wei of Chocolate, Lisa delights in giving people permission to eat chocolate every day without guilt. Having compiled reams of research and distilled what exactly differentiates healthy chocolate from candy, she believes that a daily piece or two of chocolate can be a path to peace & wellness, as well as a way to bring the benefits of meditation effortlessly into our modern, busy lifestyle.

When she's not pouring over the latest research on the health benefits of cacao, you can find her traveling to far off places. Her latest project brings you along with her - join her meditation program and see how effortless it can be to bring meditation into every aspect of our lives, and make mindfulness as simple and fun as eating a piece of chocolate.
