Thanks for the precise reassuring words I needed to hear yesterday morning before going in to testify as a witness in the Supreme Court of Canada. It was an experience I dreaded, but got to repeat (case went to mis-trial) much better the second time around. Your insight into speaking our truth, deep irrational fears, and preparation (Bach Remedies, visualization, deep breaths) allowed me to enter the witness box tall, confident, and shining my light to all the humans in the room. My body still trembled, I shook it out after, and had the best sleep that I’ve had in a while last night!
