I have admired Dr. Christiane Northrup for many years - her work in women's wellness is iconic. And then I had the great pleasure of spending quality time with her on a girlfriends' weekend in Miami this spring. She is one of the most down-to-earth, say-it-like-it-is people that I know. She is ultra-loving and shares fearlessly from her experience.
On the Flowerlounge Podcast today, we talk about her most recent book, 'Dodging Energy Vampires', and about women who eat healthy, exercise and are the epitome of a wellness lifestyle - and yet, they are exhausted. We dig into why this happens + how to recognize + remove yourself from an energy-draining situation.
