Awakened Expression is a blend of wild, weird flowers from the Sonoran desert, the Costa Rican cloud forest, Arizona’s Ponderosa Pine forest and a secluded nature preserve in South Carolina: a bouquet of two rare orchids, three cactus flowers and two crazy-resilient wildflowers.

Orange Fringed Orchid flower essence helps us be more fearless in the face of fierce speech or anger; other's anger simply does not affect us. We are learning how to develop the muscle of a neutral, objective mind.
Just as the side mirrors in your car say, “Objects may appear closer than they are,” your own shadow side may occasionally appear much bigger than it is. The ability to examine it can help us ultimately see more clearly.
Remaining neutral in the face of observing others struggle is key to two things: 1. Not taking on other people's energies, habits or tendencies. 2. Trusting that every person has the capacity to solve whatever problems appear in their life, as they are in effect, the creator of their realities.
Prickly Poppy helps us develop leadership qualities, especially being able to ‘hold’ a lot and not let it overwhelm us. We are no longer affected by the energies of others in our environment or to some extent: our family. Or loved ones. And we can take action.
Wild Snapdragon
Activate: Bold Expression
Message: Be direct about what you want.
Wild Snapdragon helps us say it like it is! It magnifies bold expression, unabashed speech and a dragon-like quality. It dissolves fear of expressing ourselves, even if we run the risk of sounding a bit harsh.
When we liberate our expression into clear and direct speech, no emotions are stored or repressed inside the belly. Wild Snapdragon flower essence helps us say what we want and what we don’t want. It helps us be more shameless with ourselves and our fearless speech. Expression can be direct and joyous and full of laughter!
Wild Snapdragon enhances shamelessness. If we need to sleep, we sleep. If we need to crash for a nap with our mouth hanging open on the airplane, we just crash without worrying. If we need to eat, we eat. If we need a second serving, we reach for it. If we have a request for something at the restaurant, we freely ask for it. Without subtle levels of shame or holding back, we can be ourselves, and express ourselves freely and vulnerably!
The regular and consistent use of this elixir lessens our tolerance for nonsense, both within ourselves and within others. We cut the crap. We notice our excuses and dissolve them.
We hold ourselves to our highest capacity, as well as everyone around us.
We feel a new strength and power running through our electrical system that is not born of ego or pride.
It is a fiercer form of love: a love that awakens, clarifies, commits and devotes.
Our words stick. Our pure intentions matter. Our pure motivation drives the truth and in some cases, the ferocity.
In some ways, it’s the ultimate fearlessness training.
I recently visited a couple’s house who I adore. The husband said to me over chocolate cake: “Please, can you just tell my wife to slow down a little bit? She’s taking Truthteller, Divine Truth AND Awakened Expression at the same time!!!”
I laughed. I could tell – I could perceive it immediately. And I told him that because they’re sleeping in the same bed, he’s essentially on the same protocol, lol.
Sometimes, we swing like pendulums when we’re shifting long-standing patterns of always being ‘nice’ and ‘PC’ … we may need to become fierce, show our teeth or put our foot down.
Through the extremes, we eventually find the middle ground.
In the end — telling the truth is exhilarating. Freeing. Empowering. Loving.
Especially when it comes from holding everyone to their highest expression.
