{GRAND TETONS} THE MAGIC OF THE WILDFLOWER TRAIL

July 18, 2017

Our intention when collecting flowers is always to find what people most need today.

On the magical Wildflower Trail in the Grand tetons, we felt a special connection with seven different flowers.

To start off our day in Grand Teton National Park, we first had a massive breakfast date with our beloved colleague + friend, Erin Borbet, acupuncturist + specialist in women’s health and hormones.

She lives in Victor, Idaho, with her husband and three kids, the youngest of whom joined us for breakfast. She invited us over to her house to the most decadent spread of eggs, bacon, fresh salad greens, elk sausage, homemade pate, banana almond flower muffin and black cherry coconut raw cheesecake.

Erin shares some of these recipes here!

Erin recommended we visit the Wildflower Trail up in the mountains on the border of Idaho + Wyoming.

Her husband loaned us their bear spray, which looks like a mini fire extinguisher. We set out on the trail, and wildflowers indeed! There were many different kinds of wildflowers of every color, and at each 10 feet of elevation, new wildflowers appeared.

We noticed what caught our eyes + what flowers called out to us.
