THE MAGIC OF THE WILDFLOWER TRAIL

July 18, 2017

To start off the day, we first had a massive breakfast date with our beloved colleague + friend, Erin Borbet, acupuncturist + specialist in women’s health + hormones. She lives in Victor, Idaho with her husband + three kids, the youngest of which joined us for breakfast. She invited us to at her house to the most decadent spread of eggs, bacon, fresh salad greens, elk sausage, homemade pate, banana almond flower muffin + black cherry coconut raw cheesecake.

She recommended we visit the Wildflower Trail up in the mountains on the border of Idaho + Wyoming. Her husband loaned us their bear spray, which looks like a mini fire extinguisher. We set out on the trail, and wildflowers indeed! There were many different kinds of wildflowers of every color + at each 10 feet of elevation new wildflowers appeared.

We noticed what caught our eyes + what flowers called out to us. The intention is always to find what people most need today. We felt a special connection with seven different flowers.

Love + flower petals,
