Quiet Mind - What we all want!

I love this flower elixir especially before bedtime and when I wake up. That's when I need to sometimes quiet my mind. It helps my sleep. My only request is to offer this without honey. It tastes a little sweet. Thanks for a lovely flower energy.

Sweet Slumber

Quiet Mind Elixir sits on my night stand, just within reach, in case I should wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. 1 dropper-full of this sweet elixir and I'm lulled back to dreamland.

Great Essence to Assist with Persistent Sleep Issues

I have dealt with an inability to sleep for quite a few years and tried many sleeping suggestions including supplements. But still I either couldn't fall asleep or stay asleep or both. Surprisingly immediately when I started taking Quiet Mind all my sleep problems are gone. It's so wonderful to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Quiet Mind allows for a restful sleep and I feel rested the following day without feeling drugged.

Silencing the Chatter

Thank goodness for Quiet Mind! Every night before bed, my anxieties caught up with me and there was so much negative chatter in my head. Since taking this, it has calmed down quite a bit and become much more manageable.

One of my favorite elixers

I love Quiet Mind. I've tried it before and I'm not really sure why I didn't keep up with it especially since it works so well. But I'm back and won't stop using it again. It really helps me to relax and sleep better, always a problem in the past. And it definitely quiets my mind. I took 5 drops before sitting in meditation to quiet my monkey mind and dozed off, ha ha.
