The Gardenia flower elixir catalyzes a process of transformation. It helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and inspires us to see the beauty of our weaknesses. Just as there’s strength in vulnerability, Gardenia helps us see how all aspects of ourselves are human and beautiful.

dark and light

W this elixir I notice essence qualities, very refined and delicate, that I did not have awareness of before, and also, light shed on heavier “darker” emotional holding to be acknowledged felt and released. I am not sure yet about the beauty in weaknesses, maybe need to continue working w this.

Truly eye opening

I have been using Gardenia with Luscious Embodiment for the purpose of releasing all the fears of becoming the best person I can be. I knew I had to honestly look at the sum of all my parts in order to move forward past my fears and anxieties. These elixirs help me release the dark and negative which have no benefit for me and allow me to anchor in the light and positive. I am grateful for the opportunity to have these elixirs that gently move me in my right direction in a fearless and loving way.

Embracing self

I used Gardenia in conjunction with Full Bloom in April 2021. my intuition tells me to do so before i work with Expansive presence in May.
I was right and this two was like setting a foundation before being able receive lots of guidance and nourishment from universe while working with Expansive Presence.
Gardenia helps me embrace myself, all my lights and shadows and i definitely become more aware of myself and my inner voices. Lovely.
