Intuitive astrologer Kristina Wingeier is back for another episode of the MOONSHINE series on the #FlowerloungePodcast. We dive deep into what to expect this lunar cycle, important dates to throw on your calendar + flower elixirs recommended for getting a jump on *stabilizing* for it all!
Waxing Moon in Cancer, Leo + Virgo
Take action and dissolve co-dependency.
A LOT of Venus energy coming on. Usually Venus is in a sign for one month, but because of the retrograde, is in Gemini for 4+ months. Shadow phase of the venus retrograde early in the month: reviewing your relationships, how you communicate, money, your investments. Venus is out of bounds in April and May, which is a wild card.
Pay attention to relationships and conversations that you have. Reviewing them and finding new pathways. Get curious. Get creative. Look for new perspectives. Ask good questions. Downside: easily bored.
Confusing situations. A lot of info coming in through feelings, which means that it can blur things. What’s real? What’s not real? Antidote: don’t even try to follow the news that day. ; ) Go inward, meditate, be in nature, stay neutral. Let go of trying to figure things out (that will lead to overwhelm).
Pay attention! What you read and hear changes how you feel. Try to stay open and entertain new perspectives. If we remain with previous perspectives, we stay stuck.
Kristina says :: Be an adaptogen.
What’s of value? Rebuilding with what’s value. What’s important to you?
Rather than blowing it up and walking away, take some things from the past and rebuild from a place of ethical, redistribution of power. Look for what’s valuable. Don’t try to power through. What do you want to carry forward from this place of hope and opportunity?
June 29th (both Rx) and November 12th (direct)
Jupiter/Pluto conjunctions happen every 12 - 13 years
The U.S. is having a Pluto return (last time was 2008), which is having us restructure our financial system. Pluto is about riches and wealth. Jupiter is an expander. Saturn likes rules and spreadsheets and numbers. We’ll be experiencing variations of this theme three times this year. April, June, November.
Waxing Moon in Virgo, Libra (slack tide Libra)
Waning Moon in Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn
Mars/Aquarius square Uranus/Taurus
Mercury/Pisces sextile Pluto/Capricorn
How do you do relationships? Where do you need to take responsibility for your actions in relationships? Look at your resistance as a place where you can soften.
Interesting ideas, but Saturn energy can get fixed and stuck, so be aware of getting stuck.
The sun is really close to Iris, which is hot under the collar. YOu may feel challenged or irritated, but they are pointing to opportunities to look at inner dynamics, inside job of harmonizing rather than pointing figures, blaming and demanding that things change on the outside.
Don’t go into conversations when you’re stirred up. First, take care of yourself. If you don't have the capacity to go into the important conversation, take a break. Restabilize first and then re-enter back into hard conversations. Take space if you need it. There’s no rush. Tap into the diplomacy of Libra. Mars/Uranus creates havoc.
Chiron in Aries (we got a big hit of this with the new moon a few weeks ago). What are we learning from how we’re reparenting ourselves? STart a new conversation that’s with healing instead of the wound.
Mercury enters ARIES!!! through 4/27 - blunt, courageous, brave communication. Maybe impulsive, but there is warmth and it’s invigorating for the mind. Clearing out a very damp and emotional thinking.
Wounded HEALER. Chiron is a teacher. Chiron makes medicine and grows, teaches, learns, shares.
Fresh thinking, initiating, courage vs. finding freedom with these new rules and restrictions. Staying free and being brave under duress. Still innovating. Explore. Don't’ stop innovating even if you have less movement. Preview of thinking in a bigger picture and thinking about the collective while being. Where are you free to speak your truth?
Waning Moon in Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces
This is a time for softening. A time to start letting go of things you don't want to bring into the next moon cycle.
Sun/Aries square Pluto/Capricorn
Mercury/Chiron conjunction in Aries
Might feel like we need to push something forward, but it’s coming out of fear - reignites energy from April 4th. Things that may have been simmering under the radar or surface, may feel like they want to boil over or explode. Better to let go than to try to push through and make. It. work.
Rules don’t apply anymore; we have new rules. It’s not about holding tight. What can you do to bring down your flame or go kickbox or find productive ways to move the power and force. Look out for exploding manholes! ; )
Moon/Aquarius square Uranus/Taurus
Day of tension and not a lot of adaptability. Be the adaptogen.
Looking for new ways to connect and relate. Look for where it’s working. Take ownership on what you focus on.
Innovate, take actions from the new ideas of yesterday!
It's Taurus season! Ruled by Venus.
Waning Moon Aries, Taurus( (slack tide Taurus)
Waxing Moon in Taurus, Gemini
Uranus in Taurus gets activated like the sun. Dodge, duck! If someone throws mud at you.
Look at your metaphorical or literal garden. What are you growing?
Opportunity for growth: Where do you get possessive? Stubborn? Threatened?
Fixed energy so we might be feeling a little clingy around the toilet paper. ; )
Personal will vs. collective demand.
Sun in Taurus = my things vs. Saturn in Aquarius = collective need
Low vitality day, so take some time off and rest. This is not a day to push hard.
Where are you clinging?
Taurus loves all the fine things in life, but there’s a Uranus factor that is stirring things up, so it might feel a bit more shaken than usual. Breakthroughs! Uranus wants to liberate us. This is a great time for new routines, new initiatives. Break away from old patterns. It might be liberating yet uncomfortable. How are you planning resource allocation from a place of uncertainty? Being adaptable while staying grounded is important. This new moon will help us let go of bad habits and move toward more nourishing choices.
Ceres is about nourishment, food, how we nurture and tend to things. Conscious empaths, take care of your energy. Care for your boundaries so you can nourish yourself before you nourish others. She’s covering the same ground that Mercury did in Pisces. A whole other opportunity to learn how to take care of ourselves so that we can be vessels of compassion and not burnt out.
Mercury/Aries square Pluto/Capricorn
Mercury/Aries square Jupiter/Capricorn
Tension. Going backward to clean up the debris. Compost > fertilizer.
Reviewing changes you’ve made since fall of 2019
Squares are showing us how we need to take personal responsibility
Explosive. You might feel an upsurge in energy. Your nervous system might be on overdrive.
Uranus wants to be free and break boundaries. Sometimes earthquakes correlate with these conditions.
Waxing Moon in Gemini, Cancer, Leo
All about Mercury. Slowing down your thinking process after all that Aries
Slow your roll. Think about resources, money, stability, what we’re building.
Pacing, feeling all those conversations that were really hot - slow down and get practical.
Make progress vs. planning for an uncertain future. Feeling restrictions around what you can grow or plan.
Can be very innovative. You may not have to pay taxes this year on April 15th, but your nervous system might be taxed. This is a good time to have big ideas.
To get a jump start on stabilizing for the shifts these cosmic shifts will instigate, below are the flowers I recommend for this lunar cycle:
Moonstone Bath Salts: Moonstone is the perfect antidote for a wild craziness that so many of us are experiencing lately! It's the perfect encouragement to move though whatever is arising + meet all of our selves in the truest, gentlest, most authentic way. Give yourself the gift of a transformative salt bath infused with precious flower elixirs + luxurious essential oils.
Moonstone Gem Elixir in our Flowerevolution Program: Moonstone is known for heightening our awareness of intuition and sixth sense perception. As if drinking an elixir of the moon, it balances yin/yang energies within us. Known for clarity of mind + focus, it can be particularly helpful for meditation practices and gaining insights about emotional patterns. It helps us connect with Mother Earth and experience patience during times of uncertainty. When we’re unsure of which way to go or how circumstances will play out, Moonstone helps us see more clearly.
